Maddie Scavotto, Research Associate, joins Murphy with a background in academic and healthcare research. She graduated from Saint Anselm College with a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish. For her senior thesis, Maddie explored the effect of a gratitude intervention on college athletes’ adjustment to injury. After college, she gained qualitative experience working with a pediatric oncologist whose research focuses on improving the communication practices between providers and families of children with cancer. Maddie is passionate about the inclusion of diverse perspectives in research design and is excited to help businesses understand and meet the needs of modern consumers. Outside of work, she is a comedy nerd who loves reading, staying active, and writing lists.
