Chrissy Dodd, Research Associate, comes to Murphy Research with a background in academic research. She graduated from UC San Diego with a double major in Psychology and World Literature, and received her MSc in Cognitive Development and Disorders from the University of Leeds in England. Her dissertation focused on the effect of companion animals on mental health and wellbeing during the COVID-19 stay-at-home orders. While in graduate school she also worked as a volunteer researcher for the United Nations on a team exploring the mental health of children in Cameroon. Chrissy is an avid traveler and following undergrad spent two years living and teaching in South Korea and China. She is a curious researcher and enjoys incorporating her technical and creative experiences to the field of market research.
