Collecting Your Personal Information
In order to schedule and access some of our services, we may require personal information including your name, email address, mailing address, company name and phone number. This information may be provided by you directly or another designated by you to schedule or complete a service.
For example: When you log in to view a dashboard project, you will be asked to supply us with your email address. When you sign up for our newsletter or access to released reports, you may be asked to supply us with your email address, company name, phone number, first name, and last name.

International Data Transmission

Cookie Policy
Murphy Research uses “cookies” to authenticate your identity to approve usage of our services.
A “cookie” is a set of data that a web server stores on your computer that enables the server to recognize your computer. Cookies enable websites to persist some information about your session as you navigate our web services. A cookie usually does not hold any meaning to anyone other than the entity that assigned the cookie. A cookie cannot be used to retrieve other data from your device’s storage drive nor be used to propagate a computer virus.
On our website, we use “session cookies”. These cookies allow us to authenticate your identity to ensure you receive access to your paid services and products. We automatically delete the cookie and all related information on a rolling 3 hour duration (meaning if the user of our services has not used our services that require authentication for at least 3 hours, their cookie will be automatically be invalidated). You will need to re-enter your login credentials when your cookie is invalidated, as we do not store your session data on our servers.
Data Retention
We only retain personal information we collect from you where there exists a legitimate business need to do so. This may include, but is not limited to, items such as providing you with a service you have requested, to comply with applicable legal requirements, and to enforce our agreements.
When there is no further business need to process your PI, we will delete your data, or if this is not possible, we will anonymize and isolate your data on our secured storage servers until deletion is possible.

Murphy Research will update this privacy statement to reflect changes in our services, or if any material changes to how Murphy Research usage of your personal information occurs. When we post changes to our privacy policy, we will revise the “last modified” date marked at the top of this privacy policy. It is recommended that you periodically review our privacy policy page to be informed and stay up-to-date on how Murphy Research is protecting and using your data.
