Research Associate
An apprenticeship role, Associates train, shadow, practice, and directly support client work while learning the skills needed to manage the project process for custom research
Research Manager
Managers build on their foundational RA skills and take on the project management role
learning to manage a range of methodologies, clients, and resources independently
Sr. Research Manager
Senior Managers are strong project team leaders and serve as the primary client consultant while managing complex projects independently
Account Manager
Account Managers go beyond project management to develop and retain new business for the firm, strengthening new and existing client relationships through research design and storytelling skills
